The role is full-time from Monday to Friday in school hours, and offers an excellent chance to utilize passion and enthusiasm to support young special needs students' in the classroom, helping shape little minds and build . 🎓🤝 The perfect candidate will: ✨ Go above and beyond to ensure every child has the specialist care and individual support they need. 🌈 🌀 Be flexible and adaptable, to ensure they tailor support to special individuals and respond effectively to a wide range of student behaviors. 💪 🗣️ Communicate effectively to build a cohesive relationship with teachers and ensure a trusting and insightful relationship with more complex students.
