Your new role * Working in a static role across the South East. * Service, maintenance, fault finding & repair on a range of Air Conditioning equipment including Splits, Multi Splits, VRVs and VRFs * General building services duties as and when required * 1 in 11 call out - £115 Standby. * Monday - Friday, flexible hours. What you'll need to succeed * Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment * Relevant qualifications required e.g., FGAS & ODS regs, time served apprenticeship, C&G Level 3 / NVQ or equivalent in A/C & Refrigeration * Capability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces as well as a willingness.
