Construction Managers - Heritage / Hotels / Gallery / Prime Residential £60,000 - £70,000 + Package Mayfair, London Permanent June 2024 A tier 2 contractor with a growing reputation for delivering' has been awarded a number of exciting projects which will commence in Spring / Summer 2024. Over the coming months they will be looking to appoint several Construction Managers with relevant refurbishment experience in the hotels, residential, heritage and commercial sectors on listed buildings in Central London. They have successfully secured these projects over other established through providing value engineering and expertise. The following projects are all due to commence within the next 4 months: • West End, London - refurbishment of an art gallery with apartments above - Circa £50m • Marylebone - Private members club, spa, swimming pool, - £50m • Hotel refurbishment, West End , London - £20m This position will suit Construction Managers who enjoy delivering the highest quality of workmanship. In addition, you will be joining a company that can provide varied and interesting refurbishment projects. These pivotal construction roles will be integral in leading the successfully delivering these projects over the next 2 years. Ideally, you will have the following experience and attributes: • Minimum of 10 years on site in complex refurbishment experience on listed buildings, hotels and super prime residential. • Qualification in construction or about to commence further education. • Must have a First Aid, SMSTS, CSCS card • IT literate with Microsoft Word, Excel & Project • An excellent work ethic and attitude.
