Key Responsibilities: Working with the established team of Architects and Designers you will support and often lead the design process for a variety of projects dependent upon size and complexity.  Typical responsibilities would include: Contribute to the conceptualisation and development of architectural designs for a broad variety of projects Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to building control and planning requirements. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and incorporate feedback into the design process. Assist in the administration of construction projects, including site visits, quality control, and coordination with contractors and subcontractors. Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring innovative and sustainable solutions to projects.   Skills & Experience: Suitable candidates should be able to demonstrate: ARB / RIBA registration Minimum of 3 years post Part III experience, preferably within an established architectural practice Strong design sensibility and the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling presentations. Knowledge of sustainable design principles and BREEAM is a plus. Proficiency with REVIT, Sketchup and Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Adept at time management and meeting project deadlines.
