Our client is dedicated to providing top-notch landscaping and maintenance services to various clients in the area. **Job Description:** We are looking for a skilled and reliable Grounds Maintenance Operative/Tractor Driver to join our client's team on a temporary to permanent basis. The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining outdoor spaces to the highest standards. **Responsibilities:** - Operating and maintaining grounds maintenance equipment, including tractors, mowers, and hand tools. - Performing routine maintenance tasks such as grass cutting, hedge trimming, and weeding. - Ensuring outdoor spaces are clean, tidy, and safe for public use. - Assisting with landscaping projects, such as planting and turfing. - Following health and safety regulations at all times. - Communicating effectively with team members and clients. **Requirements:** - Valid driving license with a clean record. - Lantra or equivalent qualification in tractor driving and grounds maintenance. - Previous experience in grounds maintenance and equipment operation. - Knowledge of health and safety regulations. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent communication skills. - Flexibility to work outdoors in various weather conditions. **Benefits:** - Competitive base pay of £15.50 per hour + £1.86 per hour for hoiday (£17.36) - Opportunity for permanent placement. - Company-provided uniform and PPE. - Pension scheme. - Immediate start available.
