There are some great benefits on offer including: * Salary between - £24 -26k * Work from home for 1 day per week (After 6mth probation – Managers discretion) * 23 days holiday – plus bank holidays (Raising to 25 days after 2 years) * Pension (After 3 months – Auto enrolled – can opt out) * Free Eye Test – up to £35 * Paid Volunteer day off for your chosen charity * Voucher on your Birthday – Guaranteed Birthday off (must be taken off your annual leave entitlement) Key Responsibilities will include: * Make and receive calls from referred customers who require a replacement vehicle and or repair services following a motor accident * Work with case management and portal systems, to accurately record, and update client data and in-house systems * Manage a diary and tasks to take actions promptly and in accordance with company workflow and SLA and with monitoring skill that enables recovery in full * Respond to all customer queries and understand requirements in a professional, welcoming, and positive manner to provide a customer support service that creates and maintains high-scoring NPS, Trust Pilot or other Feedback * Handle claims with good technical knowledge and an ability to use common sense and use initiative when gathering evidence or approach problem solving The Ideal candidate will be: * Enthusiastic and self-motivated individual * Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information simply * Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment working well under pressure * Well organised and conscientious with the ability to plan and monitor work tasks * Strong decision maker with the confidence to act under their own authority on behalf of the company Apply now for immediate consideration Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year Benefits: * Free parking * On-site parking Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday * No weekends Work Location: In person
