Technical Support Engineer

Technical Support Engineer Technical Support Engineer required for a global leader of HVAC solutions. This is an exciting role that will lead to Technical Support Manager, Technical Manager, Technical Sales or similar within the business. This is suitable for a Mechanical Engineer with knowledge of commercial or industrial heating systems Package: Salary £30,000 to £50,000 depending on experience Hybrid working 33 days holiday Private health insurance Enhanced private pension Responsibilities: Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues Diagnose and resolve technical problems with heating systems and associated equipment Offer expert guidance on product installation, maintenance, and operation to clients and team members Work closely with the engineering and sales teams to support customer needs and deliver solutions Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues in the support system Participate in product training sessions to stay updated on new technologies and industry trends Assist with product testing and quality assurance processes as needed Collaborate with the team to develop and improve support processes and documentation Requirements: Degree or diploma in engineering or a HVAC related field Experience of HVAC or refrigeration design or R&D Comfortable in a customer facing environment WR HVAC | M&E are #1 recruitment partner for HVAC jobs.
