Commercial Electrician

Bates & Bradshaw are recruiting on behalf of a major Construction & Maintenance company in the Hull area who operate as one of the leading building, repairs, and maintenance contractors. They are presently employing around 500 people and have a turnover of £50 million and they have some ambitious plans in place to grow this again over the coming years. Role Responsibilities The Job * Inspection and Testing of Commercial Sites and Properties. * LED Lighting Schemes to both residential, educational and office environments. * Electrical maintenance and repairs to residential, educational and public buildings. * Large scale infrastructure upgrades and street lighting. * Commercial and Residential Refurbishment Schemes. * Annual Events and temporary event supplies in and around Hull. * Annual Installation programmes such as Hull Fair and Hull City Festive Lighting Installations. * Emergency Lighting Testing and Repairs annual Local Authority Programmes. * Solar PV Installations, Testing, Repairs and Maintenance. Requirements: * 18th Edition and qualified to current amendments (preferred but not essential) * ECS Electrical Installation Gold Card (preferred but not essential) * Full valid driving licence. * Ability to work on both own initiative and as part of a team. * Ability to use smartphones, tablets etc. * Clean Shaven Benefits * Company Van / Phone / PDA * Uniform and PPE supplied * All Tools and Plant provided * Overtime Available * Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 4.30pm
