Job Title: Sales and Estimating Manager- Fire & Security Location: Harlow, Essex Salary: Competitive Responsibilities: * Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. * Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase revenue. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. * Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends. * Collaborate with the estimating team to provide accurate and competitive project bids. * Review and negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. * Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management. * Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices. Requirements: * Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the fire & security industry. * Strong leadership and communication skills. * Excellent negotiation and interpersonal abilities. * Proficiency in estimating and pricing projects. * Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards. * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
