Senior Housing Support Worker

Spirehouse are currently recruiting for a Senior Housing Support Worker on behalf of a Public Sector organisation based in Warwickshire. This is a full time opportunity at a time of growth with the possibility of you growing your own team. There is opportunity for immediate starts on an interim to permanent basis. Housing Support experience is a must have, please note all care applications shall be dismissed. Key duties: * Manage an agreed caseload * Maintain a high level of record keeping * Ensure voids are reported in a timely manner * Provide advice and support relating to Housing welfare and benefits Further information: * 37.5 hours per week * Competitive salary – Permanent * £17.50 via umbrella – Interim Requirements. * Enhanced DBS for immediate start * Must have a full UK drivers licence and access to a car * Experience of working within Housing Support is required Please apply for this role online or contact Jack Sharpe at Spirehouse for a confidential discussion.
