Senior/ Managing Surveyor with growth to Commercial Manager

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Tier 1 Contractor who build medium sized projects through to some of the largest and most prolific in the South. The company has a turnover of £650million and their name is recognised within the marketplace as delivering projects on time and budget. They can also boast one of the lowest staff turnovers on the Southcoast. They are currently recruiting for a Senior Surveyor/ Managing Surveyor reporting to the Regional Director. You will initially be overseeing their Southcoast flagship project (valued at £60million). They have a structured and achievable growth plan, meaning the person who takes this role will Commercially head up the region in 2026. This is a rare opportunity to join a growing business with a clear structure to a Commercial Manager position
