NDEA Assessor Fully remote Basic up to £40k Our client is a well-established building performance consultancy. They develop and deliver strategies for our clients in the commercial building sector ensuring their clients meet their legal obligations on energy efficiency and sustainability. They pride themselves on being able to solve problems, tackling complex issues and delivering workable solutions. They are now looking to expand their team by bringing on a NDEA assessor. You can either be qualified or be use to assessing on SBEMs and looking to take your accreditation. You need to have experience of Design Builder. Our client embraces leading edge technology and look to innovative methods to undertake projects in efficient and cost-effective ways, so they are keen to have someone join the team who is keen to embrace new technology and make suggestions in this area. You must be confident in liaising with clients by email, over the phone and on-site visits. Most of their client base is in the North of England so it would be advantageous to be based in this area but not essential. To be considered for this role you will need a solid understanding of SBEM/ NDEA and be based in the UK. All applications are handled with the strictest of confidence.
