Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Operations Administrator to support our factory operations. This role involves assisting the Factory General Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring smooth and efficient factory operations.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Administrative Support : Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Factory General Manager.

  • Documentation : Manage and maintain accurate records, including production schedules, inventory logs, and compliance documents.

  • Communication : Serve as a liaison between different departments, ensuring clear and effective communication.

  • Scheduling : Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments and coordinating factory tours.

  • Data Entry : Accurately input data into various systems and generate reports as required.

  • Inventory Management : Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as needed.

  • Compliance : Ensure all factory operations comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.

  • Problem-Solving : Address and resolve any administrative issues that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to factory operations.


Qualifications:


  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment.

  • Skills : Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

  • Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Technical Proficiency : Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.

  • Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.

  • Adaptability : Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.


Benefits:


  • Competitive Salary : 30,000 - 35,000 per year, dependent on experience.
