Production Leader

Stately Strategic Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a leading Aerospace company in the Derby Area, they are looking for a Production Leader to join their team and provide a positive contribution to their manufacturing team. The Ideal candidate will come from a Detailed Sheet metal background and have experience in understanding the manufacturing process on Manipulation of metals such as Titanium and Inconel, The company are going through a massive growth period and have hired numerous staff members of all levels and have a very strong order book with new contracts coming through as well.

The Ideal Candidate will have the following skills/Experience

Aerospace Manufacturing Experience

Sheet Metal process knowledge

Experience of managing a team of Sheet Metal workers

Strong experience in motivating a team and increasing capability

Experience of managing apprentices and aiding their development
