About the Role:

As a Tool Setter/Press Operator at BPC, you'll play a crucial role in our operations and production team. We welcome candidates with or without experience, as full training will be provided. Your responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:

Running and setting power presses
Loading and unloading coils with material handling
Meeting daily production targets
Performing TPM checks as required
Recording production data and OEE progress
Maintaining production and scrap records
Operating pedestrian and counter-balance forklifts
Assisting in debugging new tooling
Enhancing existing tooling and setting processes
Ensuring adherence to quality control procedures
Reading and interpreting technical drawings
Continuously improving production output, quality, and processes
Following all company procedures
Updating quality plans and reporting drawing issues
Undertaking other relevant duties as required


Health & Safety:

Maintain high housekeeping standards (5s) in your work area
Actively participate in meetings
Ensure proper guarding and safety equipment usage
Wear personal protective equipment as required (safety glasses, steel toe cap boots, etc.)
Report health and safety or maintenance issues
Comply with health and safety requirements and regulations
