Senior Process Development Engineer (Scale up)

Senior Process Development Engineer Eleven have been retained to find a Senior Chemical Engineer to develop and scale innovative chemistries, products and processes using pioneering technologies. We are looking for someone with a proven track record within conceptual and feasibility design, process development, scale up and project management through to pilot and full scale manufacturing. If that sounds like you please apply below.   Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and optimisation of processes to enhance performance and scalability. Uphold and drive an outstanding safety culture, actively participating in process safety studies. Facilitate the adoption and commercialisation of new technologies through effective leadership in customer and technical programs. Manage and document engineering processes to maximize operational effectiveness and meet strategic goals.Skills and Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemical Engineering Significant experience in process development and scale up, preferably highly reactive chemistries Strong background in process safety, hazard identification, risk assessments, and developing safety protocols. Proficient in technical drawing interpretation (PFDs, P&IDs) and familiar with tools like Excel and AutoCAD; Aspen is a plus. Demonstrated leadership in managing multifunctional technical teams and projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget
