Site Manager

I have a new Site Manager role working for a main contractor on a prestige commercial project. This role is for Site Managers who are used to leading their own projects on site, you will be running the project as the no 1 on site, ensuring that the project is built to plan whilst adhering to safety and quality standards. The company is a multi-disciplinary main contractor with a great deal of experience delivering across multiple sectors of the construction industry including commercial, retail and Ministry of justice projects. About you You are… * A skilled Professional with the relevant experience in permanent roles * Proactive, collaborative, and organised * Have been working for a Tier 1 contractor for at least 3 years * Hold the relevant qualifications Experience/ Qualifications Required Experience of fit out site management on projects between £1m and £5m, from start to completion. Proven track record of delivery as a Site Manager ideally with experience of retail, commercial, Ministry of Justice or Ministry of Defense projects. Excellent planning & time management skills with the ability to deal with any issues that quickly & efficiently Adhering to high standards of health & safety & build qualitySalary & Package on offer £50k - 60k Base Salary £5,000 car allowance Private healthcare 26 day holidays + bank holidays
