Telesales Executive


Our client is a very successful and established supplier of materials for the UK's building & construction industry and due to their continued expansion Staffbase have been appointed to recruit for the position of Telesales Executive. The Telesales Executive will join the friendly sales team at our client's office in Peterborough. The Role: Reporting to the Sales Manager you will be responsible for undertaking business development and telesales activities. Your duties will include but is not limited to the following; Outbound sales calls to building firms and contractors Processing and converting inbound sales calls / leads Planning follow-up sales calls Establish and develop excellent relationships with customers Maintain accurate records of customer contact using CRM systemCandidates: Ideally you will have previous business development / sales / telesales experience. Applicants with knowledge & understanding of the construction industry will be beneficial however full training will be provided. You will previous experience in a busy sales office environment covering B2B sales. Good IT (Microsoft Office) and effective communication skills are essential. Hours of Work: Monday - Friday Benefits: Competitive basic salary £30K - £33K Negotiable + Bonus 28 days annual leave Pension Free on site parking
