Electrician

Our client who are a growing and successful Building Support Services provider specialising within M&E contracting and HVAC maintenance are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrician to join their expanding business due to recent contract awards to cover a variety of works throughout Central Scotland on a full time permanent basis. Benefits to include: * Up to £42k base salary (Mon - Fri, 40hrs) * Company Van & Fuel Card * Plenty of O/T available * Holidays * Genuine opportunities for promotion and career development Employed in a mobile basis mainly covering Central Scotland however with some travel further required including Aberdeen, you will be responsible for but not limited to: * Installation and project works focused on lighting, power & upgrades * Fit-out and refurbishment works of all aspects of electrical services, including electrical switch gear, distribution boards, mains and sub- mains cabling, containment, lighting and other electrical equipment * Repairing, and maintaining electrical systems while observing all statutory and legal requirements * Fault finding and diagnosis Essential requirements: * Served recognised apprenticeship * Hold formal electrical qualification i.e. 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations * Highly skilled in all aspects of electrical installation, refurbishment, maintenance & repair works * Good problem-solving skills * Able to demonstrate a strong focus on customer care combined with excellent communication skills * Willing to travel and work overtime when required * Full UK Drivers Licence * Undergo relevant Disclosure/CRB checks
