Maintenance Surveyor

Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting Maintenance Surveyor for a Temporary role. Our client is a well-established Social Housing Association and due to continued growth, is expanding the team. The business has continued to flourish over recent years and this new role is a great chance to be part of its exciting future. All candidates must have a Full Driving Licence and relevant qualifications and/or experience. * Prepare and carry out diagnostic inspections, surveys & technical reports. * To include, property inspections, managing decants, liaising with loss a Adjusters/insurance team. * Review invoices and requests for payment from contractors, challenge and resolve submissions where required. * Deliver and effectively manage legal disrepair claims and Environmental Health Orders in line with group process and provide detailed reports. Management and coordination of empty properties to ensure minimal rental loss and maximum return. Carry out void inspections, ensuring void works are completed to. * Maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. * Ensure all ongoing professional and personal development is updated. Essential: Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3 Knowledge of the Social Housing Package: * Salary: £35 Per Hour * Modern Company Van * Fuel card Desirable: Social Housing Experience Temporary contract Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday Job Type: Temporary contract Contract length: 9 months Pay: £35.00 per hour
