Position Summary: As a Water Treatment Technician/Maintenance Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal functioning of water systems and overall building maintenance in Central London. This role requires a proactive individual with strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities: * Conducting regular testing of PH levels and legionella testing to ensure water quality compliance. * Performing basic plumbing tasks and addressing maintenance issues promptly. * Conducting filter checks and temperature checks to maintain system efficiency. * Operating within a mobile position, utilizing provided van and fuel card to travel to various sites across Central London. * Adhering to schedules and completing tasks efficiently within Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM working hours. Qualifications: * Previous experience in water treatment or building maintenance roles preferred. * Basic knowledge of plumbing and maintenance procedures. * Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently. * Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation. * Full UK driving license required.
