Join our Regional Civils team as a Senior Buyer on the T2100 Framework Project and you’ll be part of it! This is a part time role, 3 days a week.  What you'll be doing Key Accountabilities;   Main POC for the T2100 framework, to provide support, resolve queries Strengthen and develop a robust supply chain  Ensuring internal spend compliance  Sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations  Conducting tender processes  Commodity research and spend analysis  Supplier meetings and engagement  Attending Project Meetings and providing procurement updates  Creation of Supply Chain Strategies and obtaining approval  Management of Procurement Schedules  Building and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders  Identifying key trends or opportunities for cost reduction  Negotiating discounts and savings  Supplier performance management  Subcontract supply chain, materials procurement & category management Ensuring accurate reporting of savings and value add activities  Ensuring adherence to procurement processes and procedures  Who we're looking for You will have the following: Knowledge of procurement ERP and e-tendering systems (e.g. Oracle, Jaggaer or similar) Working knowledge of subcontract procurement process Supply Chain Management experience Demonstrates strong negotiation skills Awareness of commercial contracts Strong stakeholder management skills Construction knowledge desirable Why work for us Day in, day out, our teams deliver some of the UK’s most ambitious, exciting and meaningful projects; developing, building and maintaining the vital infrastructure that supports national economies and strengthens communities.
