CENTRE MANAGER – BRACKNELL JOB TITLE: CENTRE MANAGER LOCATION: BRACKNELL, BERKSHIRE SALARY: £35,000 - £40,000 Are you currently looking for a new challenge within the motor trade? We are currently looking for a Centre Manager to join a reputable company based in the Bracknell area. CENTRE MANAGER / CENTRE PRINCIPAL – RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the overall management and leadership of the centre, team and performance in all operational areas including people, service operations, profit, sales and administration. * Overseeing the daily running of a busy automotive workshop * Ensuring complaints are kept to a minimum through excellent levels of customer care * Liaising with Regional Managers, Head Office and the board of Directors as required * Increasing sales of products and services offered at the Centre * Adhering to Health & Safety, Compliance and Stock Control policies / procedures * Maintaining a clean and safe work environment * Managing all stock and ordering requirements * Involved with the development of the Centre CENTRE MANAGER / CENTRE PRINCIPAL– KEY SKILLS * Strong time management and organisational skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Experience managing and motivating team members * Technical background within the automotive industry CENTRE MANAGER / CENTRE PRINCIPAL – ADDITIONAL BENEFITS * Company pension * Cycle to work scheme * Employee discount * Life insurance * Onsite parking * Bonus scheme * Performance bonus * Quarterly bonus
