Neuro Physiotherapist

Care4health is recruiting for a Band 6 Physiotherapist with experience of working within the field of Neurology. The role involves working with patients who have neurological conditions including stroke, head injury, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis & progressive conditions. You will be working in the community visiting patients in their own homes and care homes, you will be borough wide so it is essential you have access to your own car for work. You will be carrying out assessments so experience of working in a rehab setting and managing patients with long term conditions is imperative to this role. This role could suit a band 5 Physiotherapist who is looking to further their career and take a set up into a B6 role, but equally this would be ideal for a Physiotherapist who has worked or is working in a similar team now who would like to make a difference somewhere new.
