Guest Services Assistant

Have you got experience wothing in the Hospitality Sector in a 4-5 Hotel or Resort?

We are looking for an exceptional Guest Services Assistant to work on Reception (FOH)

You will be expected to provide each guest with a tailored and memorable experience of the highest standard. Ideal candidate would inately always seek to surpass expections and needs of guests.

Duties:

• Weloming guests in a professional & friendly manner
• To escort guest when possible
• Offer a valet service including a buggy service
• Always gabove an beyond guest experiences
• Load and unload luggage and personal items with care
• Maintain cleaninliness and order of the entrance/driveway

You may be required to adjust your hours of work to cover needs of business to flexibility would be a key advantage - ideally No holidays between May-October

Important : This role would ideally suit an individual with flexiblity and a strong love for engaing with people in order to deliver a exceptional service.

Required:

• Full clean UK driver's licence
• Previous 4-5 hotel, resort member's club experience
• Customer service focus with excellent interpersonal skills
• highlighy presentable (no visible tattoos or peircing)
