Mobile Water Technician

Mobile Water Technician - North London, Facilities Management - 33,000 DOE plus fully expensed van

A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a world-class facilities management Company based at their prestigious blue chip client site in North London.

• Monday to Friday
• 8am to 5pm
• 40 hours a week
• Fully expensed Van

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct PPM and Reactive Maintenance
• Remedial cleaning, sampling, chemical testing
• Completion of routine monitoring tasks in line with HSG274 pt2 and the Approved Code of Practice ACOP L8
• completing the necessary tasks to maintain compliance, including Temperature Monitoring , Outlet / Showerhead Descales, CWST Inspections

The Ideal Candidate:

• Full UK Driving License
• experience in Compliance Servicing, Legionella Monitoring, or Water Treatment.
• L8 Qualification
