Location: Homeworker or office based in Bristol, London, Swindon, or York

Salary: from £39,855 per annum, depending on skills, experience and location / 36 hours per week / Permanent

As Business Performance Analyst at English Heritage, you will provide business and market intelligence to inform strategic decision-making within the marketing department and across the charity. Working within the Data & Insight team, you will support the Marketing Leadership Team to achieve business objectives, principally: driving visitation, growing the Member base, and maximising associated admissions and membership income.

This role can be based at one of our offices or as a homeworker. You will attend frequent in-person meetings, mainly in the Swindon office, with less frequent travel to our other offices and historic properties.

To be considered as a Business Performance Analyst, you will need:

- Experience of analysing transactional level data and reporting on this, summarising complex information for a range of audiences
- Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
- The ability to build strong working relationships with people across teams and from different disciplines
- To be proficient with MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel
