Job: Paint Technician

Salary/OTE: 36k- 39k OTE 45k

Area: Salford

Ascend Talent is seeking a Paint Technician to join a family owned prestige accident repair centre based in Salford. As a Paint Technician you will be responsible for all Prep, Paint & Polish aspects of the vehicles entrusted with the ARC. In this position it requires knowledge & previous experience of the various systems & methods.

Responsibilities: As a Paint Technician you will be responsible for;

• Surface preparation, filling, sanding and cleaning surfaces
• Unpacking, handling and preparing parts prior to paint
• Minor Filler Jobs
• Prepare and clean panels for priming.
• Priming
• Prepare Vehicles for paint
• Polishing

Experience/ Skill:

• Background of Paint Technician or Automotive Body Repair role
• ATA or equivalent qualifications desirable.

Package:

• Salary dependent on experience 36k- 39k.
• A monthly profit share bonus
• OT available
• Flexi start time
• 24 days Holiday plus bank holidays, goes up with service, maxes at 28.
• 40 hour week.
• Pension Scheme
