Position Overview: As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will play a vital role in maintaining the operational efficiency of our buildings. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine maintenance, diagnosing faults, and providing effective solutions to ensure the smooth operation of building systems. The ideal candidate will possess City and Guilds Part 1 and 2 qualifications and have the ability to perform a range of maintenance tasks across multiple disciplines. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct routine maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. * Carry out fault analysis and diagnostics to identify and rectify issues promptly, minimising downtime and disruption to building occupants. * Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components and equipment as necessary, using your multi-skilling capability to address a variety of maintenance needs. * Respond promptly to service requests and emergencies, prioritising tasks based on urgency and impact on building operations. * Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and time spent, using our digital management systems. * Collaborate with other members of the engineering team and external contractors to deliver high-quality maintenance services. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies at all times, promoting a safe working environment for yourself and others. Requirements: * City and Guilds Part 1 and 2 qualifications in a relevant engineering discipline. * Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Engineer, with the ability to perform maintenance tasks across multiple trades. * Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse faults and implement effective solutions. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with colleagues, clients, and contractors professionally. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously. * Flexible approach to work, with the willingness to work evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts as required. * Full UK driving licence and access to your own transport would be advantageous.
