Tradewind are looking for SEN TAs to provide daily cover in a range of SEN schools across North London Why work in SEN? Small classes Highly rewarding Individualised and creative lessons Excellent school facilities Better rates of pay Work alongside other SEN professionalsAs a SEN Teaching Assistant you will be responsible for the below: Supporting SEN students in small groups and on a 1:1 basis Encouraging and promoting student engagement in learning activities Contributing to support plans and strategies to meet the needs of each student Collaborating with staff, parents/carers, and outside agencies Monitoring and recording student progress and achievements If you are looking for 2-5 days of work a week we would like to hear from you, we have roles starting now!
