Property Consultant Leeds Salary: £22,000 per annum Department/Group: Sales & Lettings Working Days/Times: Monday to Friday - 9am to 5.30pm Requirements: Must drive and have own car About Us: * 7 offices across the UK * Fast growing company with further expansion plans * Prominent city centre locations * Award winning estate and letting agency * A fun, friendly and professional working environment Property Consultant - What you’ll be doing: * Dealing with customer enquiries on the telephone and by email * Conducting viewings for sales and lettings * Register clients’ details on our CRM system * Assessing clients’ specific needs by being an excellent listener * Looking after a manageable portfolio of clients and matching with suitable properties * Arranging viewings with Vendors, Buyers, Landlords and Tenants while managing the office diary * Obtaining viewing feedback and sharing with relevant parties * Assisting Property Management Team with inspections, checks and maintenance * Up selling additional services such as mortgages and insurances * Administrative duties such as anti-money laundering checks & referencing checks * Comfortable with personal business generation * Social media posting * Ordering office stationery Property Consultant - Skills Needed: * Strong Organizational skills * Career focused with a strong work ethic * Outstanding people skills * Impeccable customer service * Proficient with Microsoft Office, Word and Excel What’s in it for you: * A competitive basic salary dependent upon experience * 20 days holiday plus bank holidays * On-the-job training * Henry Wiltshire is an Equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all
