Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a leading Main Contractor based in Dublin. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial and contractual aspects of their construction projects. You will be responsible for managing costs, maximizing value, and minimizing risk, ensuring that projects are completed within budget and to the highest standards of quality. Responsibilities: * Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects. * Monitor project financial performance, identifying areas for cost savings and value engineering. * Manage subcontractor procurement and contract administration. * Conduct thorough cost analysis and risk assessments. * Prepare and negotiate contracts, variations, and final accounts. * Provide strategic advice on commercial and contractual matters to project teams. * Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives. * Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
