The roles I have vary from day-to-day supply, long-term, short-term and permanent positions. The successful Supply Teacher will have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification. Experience working with Key Stage 1 students. Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and pedagogical best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students. Commitment to ongoing professional development and collaboration with colleagues.
