The Opportunity Reporting to the Strategic and Commercial Growth Director you’ll be responsible for defining the Marketing Strategy within the Asphalt and Surfacing Solutions Division. As part of the divisional leadership team, you’ll lead the marketing activities providing counselling and support on marketing communications, driving & creating compelling communications to generate qualified leads, attract and retain profitable customers and to build brand recognition in support of business growth objectives.  Key Responsibilities  As a Senior Marketing Business Partner, your passion for detail and creativity will shine as you: Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business objectives, defining route to market and driving segment selection. Use market insights to influence and enhance brand positioning and development, driving increased visibility and engagement across our target audiences. Nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts are cohesive and supportive of overall business goals. Provide mentorship and guidance to your team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and development. Who you are You're a strategic thinker with a knack for bringing marketing visions to life. You thrive in collaborative environments and possess: An innate ability to adapt and innovate in rapidly changing scenarios. Demonstrable creativity, positivity and ability to converse at all levels of management Proven track record creating, delivering and measuring high profile marketing and communications plans and developing strong digital brand presence Exceptional communication skills to articulate marketing strategies and results to stakeholders at all levels. A proven track record of developing and leading high-performing teams. Experience in utilising data and analytics to drive marketing decision making and influence product development.
