Field Service Engineer

As a Field Service Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to provide maintenance, service and repairs on a variety of machinery and provide excellent customer service. You will execute all service and repair jobs within agreed-upon service level agreements, perform scheduled planned maintenance services, uphold the highest standards of service and repair for a variety of machinery, adhere strictly to Health and Safety rules, update job status in real-time, generate detailed reports and manage parts inventory. You will be paid door to door and there will be some weekend working. Ideally you will have strong fault-finding skills in both electrical and mechanical equipment, outstanding customer service and be proficient in the safe use of tools and equipment. Due to the nature of the role, a full UK driving license will be required. Knowledge of industrial cleaning equipment is preferable but not essential as training will be provided.
