Head of Finance and Operations

An experienced and qualified Head of Finance and Operations is required for a leading company based near Coventry. The successful candidate will have a varied position in ensuring the smooth running of the accounts function along with having responsibility for a small operations team. This role will ensure the smooth running of business operations and will provide strong leadership for several functions across the business. Hybrid working is available with 3 days in the office. This is a superb opportunity to develop an established team within a fast-paced environment. Location – Coventry Salary – up to £65,000 plus a superb benefits package is available; What you will be doing: Management of day to day financial activities Operations management including facilities, IT, data Financial reporting Budgetary management Forecasting Year end  Payroll Providing strong leadership across several business operations teams.
