Maintenance Operative

Maintenance Operative Wembley My client is currently recruiting for a maintenance operative based at a large high-end property in Wembley. You will have a proven track record in commercial maintenance as well as good communication skills. Sector: High End Residential Duties will include all planned and reactive maintenance work, this will include basic carpentry changing locks, door handles, adjusting door closures, repairing kick boards, basic plumbing, replacing toilet furniture, painting and general maintenance works. Hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Salary is 30K (depending on experience) Bonus 12.5 yearly, with overtime and great company benefits.
