Site Administrator


My client are a prestigious, award-winning UK property and construction group with an excellent reputation for delivering significant, high-quality projects across the country. Schemes include luxury mixed-use developments and major residential / student accommodation projects.

They are recruiting for a Site Administrator to join their business. Experience within the construction sector is essential.

As a Site Administrator, your role will include:

  • Handling administrative tasks.
  • Organising emails into appropriate folders, saving invoices, and responding to emails as needed.
  • Answering incoming calls, taking messages, and transferring calls as necessary, while ensuring accurate recording of new inquiries.
  • Collaborating with Contracts Managers to update job spreadsheets and assist in drafting quotes, snagging lists, and reports using Microsoft Word.
  • Coordinating reports and ordering materials for projects either online or via phone.
  • Managing travel arrangements including booking accommodations, parking, and transportation online.
  • Undertaking any other miscellaneous administrative tasks required by the business.
