Permanent Builder

We have an exciting opportunity for a Permanent Builder to join an expanding architecture and design practice based in Cardiff, who predominantly focus on projects in Cardiff , South West and London.

This firm has secured work as far forward as 2025 and so looking for a Permanent Builder with some groundworks experience to grow within the company.

This company excels in working on existing buildings, renovations, conversions and extension which is the core of their business covering sectors including residential, commercial, bar and restaurant design , retail developments and farm buildings conversions

As a permanent General Builder, you will be dealing with the main structural work including bricklaying, superstructure and propping for steel installation plus some groundworks including foundations and drainage.

This is a permanent hands on General Builder role to start ASAP

Certificates required.
• CSCS card
• Driving license Preferred
