Here at Howells, we are working with a leading Contractor and Maintenance company to find an efficient Labourer to join their team in South Birmingham.

Working the commercial/housing sector, you will have the exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge by tackling a variety of the below

• Mould washing in properties
• Sky vac the clearing of gutters and down pipes leaving gutters clean and free of debris
• Painting of walls and ceilings in properties.
• Assisting as an additional person to trades were needed on other jobs.
• Loading and unloading of material either into store or across the site
• Cleaning down working areas, mixing mortar, cleaning windows and other general duties as required.
• Comply with responsibilities, Health, Safety & Environment Policy and the site specific induction.
• Giving access to visitors and the supply chain, and ensuring that working areas are left secure.
• Reporting back to the Site Manager, detailing any improvements, Health, Safety & environment concerns and proposing new methods.

This is a full time role with a 40 hour working week. You will receive a competitive salary of 28,000 - 29,000 per annum plus a van & fuel card.
