Facilities Maintenance Assistant

The Best Connection are looking for Facilities Maintenance Assistants for our client based in the Manor Royal, Crawley area . The prospecting candidates must be willing to apply for an enhance DBS check and with experience working in a similar role.

Duties:

• Maintaining the standards of the property, to ensure no health and safety risks and upkeep.
• Setting up of different areas to prepare for the day (moving chairs, tables etc)
• Maintain the functionality of the toilets, kitchen areas etc.

Shifts: Monday to Friday, working hours of either/rotation of 06:00-14:00 and 10:00-18:00. 37.5 hours per week
Pay rate: 12.82 per hour
Start: ASAP
Will need to apply for an enhanced DBS check for successful applicants

As a Facilities Maintenance Assistant you will need demonstrate:

• Proactive approach to work with a can do attitude to task
• Close attention to detail to ensure work all work is completed to a high standard.
• Handy with everyday tools (drill, electric/manual screw driver etc)
