We are working with an established precision engineering company based in Cannock. They are recruiting for a Buyer to join their team on Days (Mon-Fri) in return for a salary in the region of 40,000 - 45,000 along with overtime opportunity and additional training and development.

The Buyer needs to possess a background in buying within a purchasing team ideally from within a manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities include:

Placing orders for products and supplies

Managing timelines for deliveries

Further developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and customers

Travel to customer sites

Qualifications & Experience required:

Proven and demonstrated experience working in a buyer role (or similar)

CIPS qualifications (Desirable)
