Tech Support Analyst


ideally 3+ years of hands-on experience with support background across multiple operating systems • working knowledge of software tools or platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Autosys, BigPanda, and IPcenter • good knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, scripting (SQL, PowerShell, Python), relational databases (Oracle/Sybase/MSSQL/PostgreSQL) • ability to solve complex issues, good at problem statement analysis and solution design thinking • track record of influencing senior IT stakeholders and business partners • confident communicator that can explain technology to non-technical audiences • capable of understanding client needs and translating this into products and services
