Responsibilities: * Get your hands dirty fixing, maintaining, and troubleshooting our machinery. * Keep downtime to a minimum with regular maintenance and quick responses to breakdowns. * Work closely with other engineers and production teams to optimize processes and boost performance. * Safety is non-negotiable. You'll ensure that all protocols are followed to the letter. Requirements: * Experience in a similar role, preferably in the food industry. * You know your stuff when it comes to mechanical, electrical, and/or PLC systems. * Quick on your feet with problem-solving skills that get the job done. * Team player with strong communication skills. * Night owl?
