DESIGN MANAGER – Construction Company: Main Contractor Location: West Midlands Salary: £70,000 - £85,000 (DOE) + car allowance, bonus, pension, healthcare, 25 days holiday + other benefits The Company & Design Manager Opportunity: This is an extremely exciting time to join a company, with continued growth and a growing turnover in a market that has faced a difficult few years, it is testament to what a great business they are. Due to several recent project wins and a strong pipeline already secured this established main contractor are now looking to appoint an experienced Design Manager to join their growing Midlands construction division. You will work on projects ranging from £5m - £50m in value. The role will be office based with weekly site visits with a level of flexibility as they understand the importance of work life balance.
