Administrator


New opportunity for an administrator to join a successful manufacturing business based in Mildenhall. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the contracts department.

Duties will include:

  • Order processing
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Updating project plans
  • Quotations
  • Updating databases
  • General admin support duties

Experience/skills required:

  • Organised and capable of meeting deadlines
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • An interest in technical product details
  • Good written communication skills
  • Able to communicate at all levels
  • Team focused
  • Can do attitude

  • A- Level/Degree level education

Hours of work:

8.30am - 17.30pm Monday - Thursday 8.30 - 17.00 Friday, 39.50 hours per week
