Senior Solution Architect (EA/PLM)

About this position:

We currently have a great opportunity for a Senior Solution Architect (EA/PLM) on a contract basis with a global engineering solutions company who have a proven track record serving the product lifecycle needs of high technology companies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop Engineering Application solutions that meet their requirements.
• Lead the technical direction and design of Engineering Application solutions for clients. Especially in context of PLM Solutions and the integration into up and downstream processes.
• Technical leadership of an agile team to bring solutions from design to implementation to operational maturity.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, and developers, to ensure the solution is delivered on time and within budget.
• Ensure the solution is scalable, secure, and easy to maintain.
• Stay current with new technologies and developments to ensure the solutions delivered to clients are state-of-the-art.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.

Experience Required:

• Successfully completed studies in computer science, mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification
• At least summarized 5 years of project experience
• At least 8 years of relevant professional experience in PLM environment
• Good written and spoken English skills (C1)
• Analytical skills in the development of solutions
• Good knowledge of PLM processes (Preferable Teamcenter)
• At least 3 years of professional experience in working as a solution architect
• High level of independence in work planning and the ability to work in a team
