The Leys is a close-knit, engaged, friendly community of around 550 pupils in which pastoral care is seen as the top priority.

We are seeking a House Matron to provide pastoral care and guidance to approximately 20 pupils (girls and boys age 11-13) in one of our junior boarding houses (Moulton House). You will be working closely with the House Master/Mistress and House Team, to ensure a warm, purposeful, and pleasant atmosphere and routine within the House.

The Matron will be provided with a self-contained flat in the boarding house. You will be an important part of the school’s residential community and you will be resident during term time.
