Due to growth within this team HRGO are assisting this amazing organisation for a Junior Tendering & Contracts for the Energy related steels.

Overview:

Junior Tendering & Contract with approx. 3 years' experience

Carry out critical tendering and contract execution process for Energy related steels.

Follow said tenders through to contract execution and delivery on those successful contracts, this includes contract execution, document control and contract reporting invoicing and logistics.

Pipeline, Hydrogen Transportation, CO2, Hydrocarbon business, Low Carbon, Wind foundations.

• Co-ordinate the tendering process for energy steel business activity
• Support full contract review and participate in tender negotiation process.
• Secure report back on the quotation success rates and reasoning.
• Close out and ensure contracts are concluded within budget.
• Develop third-party supply chain options including participation in approved vendor process.
• Initial knowledge of OFW and L/P Steel structure supply chain.

This role would suit someone with some contract management experience - Junior Tendering & Contract execution. (2 years plus)

Receive and coordinate the tendering process for energy steel business activities.

Legal contract knowledge would be advantageous.

Invoicing & Logistics

Hybrid role with a mix of office and working from home.
