The successful candidate will identify and recruit a caseload of

students to support into employment, apprenticeship or gap year.

They will, ideally, have a proven commitment to supporting young people to achieve employment related outcomes as well as an understanding of the

various sectors and ability to leverage employer support to help the students.

to work collaboratively as part of a busy team, we would love to hear from you.

We are a Sixth Form College with a diverse student community. We
